Safety tools and SOS features are supplementary only and do not replace emergency services. WeNitro does not guarantee emergency response, location accuracy, or communication delivery.
Users retain ownership of content but grant WeNitro a license to host, display, distribute, and use content for platform operations and promotion.
WeNitro may use AI systems, automated tools, and human moderators to review, restrict, remove, or report content and behavior.
Ratings, reviews, trust scores, badges, and credibility indicators are informational only and do not guarantee user behavior.
Nitro Points may be awarded for eligible actions and have no guaranteed cash value unless expressly stated by WeNitro.
Businesses remain solely responsible for products, services, promotions, events, and customer interactions.
WeNitro may display advertisements, sponsored content, affiliate links, and commercial promotions.
All WeNitro trademarks, software, branding, designs, and platform assets remain the exclusive property of WeNitro or its licensors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeNitro shall not be liable for user conduct, injuries, losses, damages, disputes, property loss, financial losses, or consequences arising from platform use.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of availability, reliability, fitness, or uninterrupted service.
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WeNitro from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from user conduct or violations of these Terms.
WeNitro is not responsible for disputes between users or businesses and is not obligated to mediate or resolve such disputes.
The Platform may integrate third-party tools and services. WeNitro is not responsible for their availability, privacy practices, or performance.
WeNitro may suspend, restrict, investigate, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, or policy violations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Users agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
WeNitro shall not be liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
